Every month, based on your package, you will get up to 10 hours of work on any tasks of your choosing that are similar to what’s listed below. If in doubt, check in with us and ask. Emailing back and forth does not count towards this time (within reason) – lucky you!
While we’re happy to help with pretty much anything digital, there are a few exceptions… mostly, these are for ‘larger’ projects that require more time and input. The general rule is, if it’s something that’s not a ‘quick change’ or if it’s something that would normally be part of a larger project, it’s probably not covered.

We’re able to help with a wide range of website-related tasks, from page creation and CRO optimisation to helping you set up booking systems and sales funnels. Full website builds/rebuilds are not included within this package.

You Subscribe To The Service
For just £250/month, you get complete peace of mind and all your digital/tech needs handled at 10 hours per month (£25/hour, 50% of our hourly rate).
3-month minimum contract.

Monthly check-ins and task planning available for a small fee.
Time Gets Tracked Transparently
All our time will get tracked and logged, so you know exactly how much you’ve used and how much you’ve got left.
Time is confirmed upon task completion.
Easily Know Your Time Limits
If you approach your 3-hour limit, we’ll let you know before continuing (or ahead of time if predictable).
Need more time? Upgrade to a bigger package or pay hourly (£50/hour).

Got a question? Here are some answers to stuff we get asked most often.
Do I have to use all 10 hours each month?
You don’t have to, but unused time doesn’t roll over. This keeps the plan simple and sustainable.
What if I need more than 10 hours?
Just speak with us and we’ll get it sorted. We’re generally flexible, so we might ‘borrow’ a few hours from your next month. Alternatively we can do additional work at our hourly rate of £50/hr.
How long is the contract?
We don’t want to hard-lock you into anything, but there’s a minimum 3-month commitment. This gives us time to adjust to working together, time to deliver results, and means that we can actually afford to work at half our usual rate.
What if I don't need support with some specific for a month?
You’re paying for priority access and availability, as a retainer client of ours. But, if you’re concerned about making the most of your money, you can ask us to do something productive for you, like creating a social post or optimising a directory profile.
